TICKET TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Delamore Art operates every day in May including Bank Holidays and weekends.  Tickets are available for purchase online (which is our preferred method) or in-person on arrival.

Tickets are either

single use admission for the day booked online, or the day on which they are purchased in person on the premises, or

Multi use VIP tickets which may be used by an individual for repeated visits throughout the month of the exhibition’s duration.

Delivery.  For tickets purchased online your Booking Reference and e-ticket will be sent to the email address you supplied.  Consequently, you must ensure that you enter your details correctly.  You should allow a couple of minutes for this to arrive, and to check your junk mail folder if it isn't in your inbox. Please note that we do not send printed tickets.  Please bring your e-ticket (Barcode) on the day of your visit. You can either print the barcode or present your ticket on your smartphone to staff on arrival to gain entry.

Your visit to Delamore, is at all times subject to any notice to visitors we post on our premises and to the direction, supervision and guidance of our staff, which may include directions in relation to health and safety. Accordingly, Delamore Art reserves the right to place restrictions on the volume of tickets ordered and entry into gallery spaces.

Cancellation.  Delamore Art reserves the right to cancel any ticket and/or close the exhibition without notice.   In any such event, our maximum liability to you shall not exceed the total amount you paid for your ticket.

Behaviour.  Delamore is a private house that is opened to the public for a limited period each year.  Visitors are expected to respect the spirit of the event, enjoy the art and gardens and behave appropriately.  Children must be properly supervised.  

Contact.  In the event that you experience any issues with your booking e.g.

            Missing or lost ticket,

            Changes to dates or number attending

            Unable to attend booked day
